Fujimela, 04 Jan 2015Cant use video call in viber- zenfone 5 user.. Pls help.. ThanksThe problem with unumouting the SD card is still exsist. The update does not resolve it, any idea is there going to be another update to fix the unumounting the Sd.

to solve the low volume issue of this phone,
install viper4android. it will double your volume

i was dissapointed for choosing this phone coz, its weak battery for a 2110 MAh not long last only a few hours low bat already and the camera its 8 mp but its not clear for a 8 mp compared to my nokia 301 with 3.2 mp only but its clear, all i can say to asus zenfone 5 , for me iam not satisfied

Used to think it's perfect, after 5 months using, found out that this phone has several drawbacks:
1. Battery drains fast
2. Mediocre photo quality, not up to expectation for a 8 MP camera. Colors off, and noise. Poor Macro.
3. Start experiencing sort of "ghost touch". Type "a" ,appear "aaa". Scroll down when browsing, and it zooms instead.
4. Often losing network connection, even when data is still on.
5. Very low volume on speaker phone.
Not so good, but for the price, maybe it's quite OK.

if you have problems with the battery in this unit, try to close some apps that is not being use in your phone. thats the secret of all smartphone to save battery :)

used this phone 5 month until now, Z580 2GB Ram, No Problem anyway Just minus battery so poor,
Dont Forget to wipe cache after update ota or manual :)

I am using Asus Zenfone 5 it asome phone most important as its Ram 2GB than it can not be Hange or no Problem any handset issue but its baterry backup as to compare other smart phone

I have got this Asus Zenfone5,its working well,but i have stucked at a small problem.I downloaded sbi freedom app,but i am unable to login.Can i say that it is not compatible with this mobile.Anyone having knowledge about it please share..

Is there really no video call capability for zenfone 4 and 5? I bought 4 & 5 but I noticed that video call is disabled (turned gray at video call)

I had the same problem for charging.. but I reset the phone and it went faster than usual even when I was using using the phone the batery still went up

I trade my phone with my brother for zenfone 5 not long after using it the screen went blank .. but I still can hear when a I try to swipe unlock.I need to turn off the fone many time and it took days 4 it ..

I have brought Zenfone-5 A Month ago but i find connectivity problem although I am using 3G Service,
after some min. of working it lost net work. any suggestion pls.
other specification are good but with low batter power.
