Asus zf5 is a great fone..bt battery is very pooor..battery drains out soon within 4-5 hrs...also while switching between 2G n 3G mode ,network connection losts ...then.. sometimes it shows that Network connection is lost but Mobile Data is ON in notification screen...

Good phone but you have to charge this phone twice a day!! Battery part is so poor..

Asus zenfone 5 is great phone but battery backup is very very low..

Are there other people that experience this thing?
While playing Dota2, i open Clash of Clans with my asus zf5, after a while it says something like connection lost... It happens every time, even though i'm the only one using the WiFi at home. i tried opening my account using my tab and it works properly.
I think my zf's connection is unstable. Are there other people that experience this thing? How can i FIx this?

Go to settings, then about phone, and you'll see system update there...
note: Beware of updating your phone, there might still be bugs on kitkat update. As for me, i still run jb. but my software like zenUI updates itself in Playstore.

For any phone battery.
Never use your phone while is plugged into the charger.
Never charge a phone for extended periods such as overnight. Always disconnect the charger as soon as the battery is fully charged.

From where do i get my set upded... moreyes update it
then next update will be kitkat version(nearly 500mb)..
after that kitkat version updated of 80mb..

Hi fellow zenfone users!
Anyone having trouble with the device's detection under USB debugging mode?
Device manager can't detect my phone. I have tried to install the usb drivers both from intel and asus yet my phone is not recognized (only in USB debugging mode as I have no problem connecting it as a storage device).
My phone is on kitkat already, not rooted or whatsoever fresh from the box. I'm using a win 7 OS on pc.
I have tried several methods shown in google (even manually installing the driver and adb tools) but no luck.
And I'm curious if this is an inherent problem with the asus zenfone or with just the kitkat update?
