Hi my phone hangs whenever I get a call, the call list or contacts won't load for a while. I have to restart the phone every time to see the latest call history.
I have no major third party apps except facebook and watsapp. Let me know if you have a solution.

My Zenfone 5 is about 7 months old. A few months ago, would not recognize Sim and it took about 10 weeks to be fixed. Now it makes a loud static noise when answered - they said I might only have to wait 2 weeks to fix. Each time they do a factory reset and it takes days to get preferences set up etc (besides losing your recent calls/sms's etc). Honestly, do yourself a favour (as I am going to do) and buy yourself something reasonably reliable. It is just not worth the bother of being without a phone for extended periods

my Asus zenfone 5 didn't function right after it turned 1 year from date of purchase. I am impressed by the screen, no scratches. however the battery is the number 1 problem I encountered until the unit was crashed. it got drained so easily, when playing games or using mobile data, unit HEATS UP as well. I need to disconnect from Wi-Fi or mobile data as it sometimes auto-shuts off because of the heat. before it ended its life, the unit was only hanging up, delayed response and unable to boot up immediately. Somehow, i appreciate that i enjoyed the unit in a year :)

Luckily I had the waranty so there was no cost. But still to date I dont know what was the problem. I think my az5 will die again soon since I see same simptons again.

Already used for 16 months, now battery's drowning very fast not charging had issues with port usb cant connect to pc and now stuck on reboot screen. Wanna go buy new phone, oneplusone, redmi note 2, or back to zenfone 2? I already dissapointed with heating and batterry life.

Before download, read the instructions carefully and download only the file which is compatible with your phone model.
