I have been using zenfone 5 for 4 months Now the phone is really good and Nice camera too The only problem i have is the battery gets drained faster when over heating while playing clash of clans the phone heats up to 50'C i cant even touch the screen its very hot other than this issue the phone build quality is superb and a best smartphone to buy under 10K

You probably need to clear the cache memory of all upgraded apps...I also faced the same problem once but it didnt show again after clearing the cache memory and rebooting the device further..

Went to restart phone last night, hit Ok, but somehow it turned off and won't turn back on. It's totally unresponsive. Any ideas other than get a new phone. Oh, and yes the battery was fully charged and have tried the unlock steps posted below....Still nothing.
