no battery drain issue as of now and the phone is really fast and responsive and no network issue, since now i use only one sim of vodaphone it runs in 3g mode and its good.

Hi,
I want to know why there is a difference in the size of OTA update and the Zip file on Asus support website.
The size of OTA file that i received is around 457 MB and one on the website is around 730 MB. Please help which one shall i use to update.

Don't want to complain too much
Enough is enough with Zenfone 5
Too many useless preloaded apps, some are really power hungry which kills the battery life
Keeps popping up nsfw (not safe for wife) screens and weird sms
Trying to root and delete those apps finally ended up with the Zenfone 5 being possessed (seriously) by the ZenUI which deleted apps from PlayStore at will, regardless how many times you reinstalled it.
Really have to throw this brick away.

i updated to kitkat and there is no problems found since i bought the phone on monday and updated the same day the phone works fine till now if i encounter any problem i may notify after somedays. only one issue real racing 3 is not at all working is that app working on any other phone.

just did buy this phone yesterday and so awesome..
i am a technical support and comp.tech. and asus is one of my favorite type when it comes to desktop and laptop mboards.
all i can say is its nice and wonderfull.glad to have this phone..
i am trying to upgrade it to kitkat after work..

swaroop, 18 Nov 2014what do you mean by latest updateI got an update of about 110mb last week... And after that the phone battery had started to last longer than before... I won't say that it's the best... But a lot better than before..
