Then u restore. then automatically solved that all problems..TQ

I have the zen5 for three days,and it started typing on what's app by itself,now the can't switch off.the return,home and close apps buttons don't work...so once you open something then you can't return to the home page and have to hold the off button for 10secs,to have the phone go off.resulting in having to put it on and off,,,

first switch off it
then start it by pressing volume+ and start key simultaneously
then android system will get start
then go to wipe out data by volume keys
and press start key
after it your android will restore it to the new one

i am using asus zenfone its worked nice but frm some days its working very slow ,,, wnen i m using internet boost options is getting yellow .. so iam unable to use internet after having this problem its working very slow .. plz help ii sir ..

when i was closed the flip cover the phone was sleep mode but the flip is open the phone con tuned to sleep mode i used only in one month two time same problem to this mobile this time give to service center i sent a problem letter to asus team they said it is flipcover problem i know it was flip cover problem how can i solve the problem but they not give the answer i was used Samsung and Nokia mobile they not like this problem
