My friend has a Zenfone 5 and her phone seems to have problems.
First, she cannot text to any network-related number. Like 9999,8888,214 and etc.
Second, she can't receive apk files through bluetooth.
Can you please give me the answer for this. Thank you very much :)

AnonD-131903, 14 Nov 2014what are those apps that can be uninstalled without any problem?i have uninstalled every asus app came preinstalled with this phone, i havent seen any problem after doing that, but to do that, you have to be rooted, you cant do that if you are not rooted

If you don't play games, you will be able to stay on for 20-24 h. With using proper amound of wi-fi, 3g and calls. If you whant to play ,the phone will start heating and youre battery is gone for less then 2h.

Thanks for the reply. What do you meant by warranty?? Is it one month flipkart return warranty or 1 year manufacture warranty? As my mobile is two months old, i am not eligible for return back facility i think.. Any other hopes?

My phone is not booting.. It shows ASUS logo and not more than that. After some time dead android logo is displaying 'No files'. Not sure, but this issue was raised after 4.4.2 and ZEN UI update. What could be the problem? I bought my phone on flipkart, will asus service center help to resolve this issue? As i heard that most of service centers not accepting issues for phones which were bought on flipkart..Please someone help

I'm using this device from last 1 week & really like it. Best Phone in my opinion at the given price(sad about battery but never mind its fine).
I want to know How should i update my device ?
Through Asus Website or the in phone update.
Phone is @ WW 1.18.40.9.
Is the kitkat update stable now ?
