my zenphone 5 wont open anymore after i turned it off ,full charged,just over a month old. Screen got scratches . The seller just told me to go to service centre :(
When i got there another user had the same problem .

From pictures, that looks like the microphone opening. If the mobile has two microphones, there would be one near the top too.

After update to KK the battery life increese whit 1/3 and the charging time also. But i have problem with incoming and outgoing calls the speeaker not working and i dont hear. Is there anyone whith same problem after upgrading KK. Also have lag while scroling...????

Hi I have a doubt,
Asus had released firmware update 2.20.40.9 without sending 2.20.40.8 does this means that 40.9 covers 40.8 ?! If so then when didn't they specified those improvements of 40.8 in the Asus site?! Cuz from the blog I gotta know that 2.20.40.8 has important improvements..

Don't buy this mobile bcoz --> I'm using zenphone 5 for last 1 month & in 1st week it started hanging, I restarted by pressing on/off button & thought it will not happen but in 2-3 days the same problem occured. As I was out of town so was not able to go to service centre but Now this zenphone 5 is hanging everyday which is very annoing.

Not sure what issue others are saying, I just updated my firmware to 2.19 something (KK 4.4.2 firmware) and no issue at all. I tried all the said issues and all are working fine on my unit. I dont know if it's just my luck but everything is cool so far..

I have been using this phone for a month now, and I am completely satisfied with it. Best bang for your buck, I love how simple the dual sim works as i travel between Canada and US a lot. Just an over all awesome piece of equipment.!
