Please help!!press power n volume + button simultaneously for few seconds, device will restarts n ur problems solved. beware by attempting this u r vulnerable to lose data's on ur device, so if u don care about the data then go-ahead,

Been using it for 4 months now and so far, my only issue is it doesn't read a micro USB stick that my other phones van read.
