and i cannot access internet through mobile data
when i tried to get into the apn settings
i got an error msg saying "unfortunately settings is stopped"
any solutions??

mr_anipz, 11 Oct 2014well i read this thread from before i bought my zenfone until now..for me this phone is a grea... moreand i forgot to mention..i use 2 simcard and never off my wifi connection.it can hold on for almost 6-8hour while i used it for gaming about 2-3 hour.

well i read this thread from before i bought my zenfone until now..for me this phone is a great phone,i have root it,unroot it,update to kit kat,install all the update,n somehow i dont get the problem like anyone else..it runs smoothly.and yes,battery drainage is a problem,but it is acceptable.just get a powerbank that y they invented it in the first place.also,i wont sugarcoat the fact that it got heated when i play games,but hey..u know it is time to stop when it is to hot to hold,and i got that going for me,wich is nice..lol

Its a bad phone. Poor battery life with less than 8hrs.
Poor wifi connection. Always disconnected while playing online games like clash of clans.

maybe ill just wait for asus to fix the kitkat problem first before updating my phone.
i would like to share my experience with this phone..when i bought this a month ago, i think its running 1.14 version...then i deed update it to 1.18.40.9 OTA without knowing that i would skip the other updates..then i have this heating problem...and the call quality was bad..yesterday i tried updating my phone manually to version 1.18.40.10..the perfomance is still great..heating problem is gone..and i noticed that it increases battery life with heavy usage...now im waiting for a fixed kitkat update..

I wasn't facing this issue before updating to kitkat. Maybe it's a bug. Sd card unmounts itself and then after 10 seconds it mounts itself back. It's a rare bug I'm facing.

Are you facing this issue when you restart the phone. I think you are getting the message only while in reality, it is not happening. Just clear the message if there is no hardware issue

Yes it has kitkat update supports.and it is very nice phone really amazing.and performence wise its awesome
