Guyz im having a problem with my zenfone 5. Always disconnected with my wifi connection.its ok when im just browsing the internet but its a big big problem when im playing online games. Any solution guyz?

Hi Please smone help me out my phone gets charged very slow it takes 3hrs fr full battery and it doesnt gets charged when i put fr charge n play games

deepanker, 08 Oct 2014i upgraded my zenfone 5 os to kitkat now it drains battery like hell even in stadby mode b... moreinstall new OTA update of 13mb for power management tweak. Check for new system update... Then do some tweaks as informed by tomazz in some old posts..

i upgraded my zenfone 5 os to kitkat
now it drains battery like hell even in stadby mode
before upgrading its standby modes drains only 1 or 2% battery for 7 8 hours,nw its 2 4 % in 10 min
what should i do

Where can I get this 700mb update? I bought this phone with V1.14 then update to V1.18.40.9 then V1.18.40.10. Do you think I make previous update OTA? Lastly, what do you mean by 800mb upgrade? Hi tomazz got motherboard changed,current software version 1.14.40.50 and when checking updates it lists 1.18.40.9.
How to get updates in between above two updates? Will it be so that i just update 1.18.40.9 and it will bring effects of all in between updates like 1.15-1.17

[deleted post]You probably customised keyboard before update.
Power off the phone.
Press power and volume down buttons at the same time and continue holding them until phone turns on into DOS lookalike screen. Release buttons and press volume up to confirm.
Now choose full recovery.
Let it finish.
After reboot at the end of process, enter your gmail address again so settings and apps get downloaded again.

m using this phone from last 2 days ,,, all is working fine except i found lot of noise in images at low light and in indoor too ...
wish they will resolve this issue in upcoming upgrades ..

what wil... moreIt is not a problem and you can do full Kit Kat update.
If any installed apps or settings give you a hard time, do full recovery, then load battery fix OTA.

If OTA, you could have trouble if you OTA update to Kit Kat. But if you upgrade with full 800 MB file, you should be ok.
