multiwindow - no , it is a feature of samsung grand n s series
multitasking , with 2gb ram u can enjoy multitasking without worry
my ram has never gone below 700mb out of 2gb that too after heavy multitasking.
yes, if u say u r a gamer n the be ready to buy a power bank
do not be like few people on this group who expect to play 1 gb above games for hours n expect the battery to run an entire day.
i have samsung tab 2 with 4000 mah battery
when i played injustice : god among us
i had to charge a 4000 mah device twice a day
this is just 2110mah

Hi,
My Google Play Store (and sometimes the Asus Launcher app) often starts crashing randomly and constantly so either I need to delete the play store data and force the app to close or I need to reboot my phone, which is quite annoying.
I don't know where I should look for my phone's firmware but it says that my phone is up to date (perhaps it's false ?)
Any help ?

This specification is actually wrong bcoz.The ram of both 8gb model & 16 gb model is same(2gb)

The intel processor is using 3GB of internal storage. So, It's 5GB usable for endusers.

Unzip it to your desktop, for example, then copy unzipped file to root of internal memory of the phone via USB cable, when it's done, pull down notifications and you should see "New update is available" - install now.
