I'd contact the seller or Asus service centre, whichever is easier.

In it, there's a small USB logo top right under the time.
Tap on it.
You will get "USB computer connection" menu.
Make sure to select Media device (MTP).
If your computer supports it (like Windows 7), you should see your device in your "computer" in a section under the internal hard disks.
Alternatively, try another USB cable, or another USB port, or try on another computer to see whether there's any problem with the phone.

Shattered after a minor fall few feet high.
Can't replace the glass ... moreit will cost around 7000 to repair in service center
My zenfine 5 also had got cracked but it very small
so i had not repaired my mobile.And it is working fine
if it is not serious damaged then don,t go to repair
use one good quality screen protector
as after 3- 4 month you can buy new one
by saving the money.

I am using Asus Zenfone5 since 15 days. But unable to connect PC having OS weindowXP,SP2.Only charging is possible through USB.But i cannot explore internal & external Memory.Anybody help me.

I own Asus Zenfone 5 T00J. It works perfectly. The battery lasts for 6 hours when I'm using it but when not, it lasts for more than 10 hours. :) I can say that I love my phone, waiting now for KitKat update.. :)

There is a good newz for you , It is available on flipkart at 9999 for white color in 8 gb model.

This is awesome phone..its first time m using android after so long use of apple and BB ..n this phone is best to get experience of android..2 GB ram is proving itself at its best!!!just one suggestion use memory card of 10c to experience super fast functioning..no matter how hard i try to check if it hangs but it doent..n look is 10/10..battery is not at its best but more than average ..
