i have a problem with my zenfone 5,for few days it mouth speaker does'nt work,when i calling someone he can not hear my voice and also produce harsh sound in his mobile,when i use headphone same things ,i think it is a problem with system,how can i solve it? pls help me

i have purchased my asus 6 months ago,it's having lots of problem,it has a 1 gb ram but still,if i press the menu option it takes a lot of time to open.
the camera is bad,its not having the quality of 8mp,the pictures are having so much grains and takes a lot of time to get saved to my gallery

I can tell you, Zenfone 5 is a very decent phone. Yeah, the battery isn't good enough to survive a full day, but it never is a very big problem. You can use battery saving modes to get extra few hours. For me, I get 15 hours after almost a year of using it.
The performance of the phone is awesome for me, it's fast, gaming performance is good too. 2 GB Ram keeps the phone smooth.
Though the phone's outlook gives the impression of a cheap phone, it's built quality is very good, I don't use any back covers and after using for a year with 2 drops from almost 5ft height, it's still looks new :)
Camera is ok for me. It could be better, but what more can I expect from Asus for this price? Oh, it has the official Lollipop now.
It definitely is one of the best phone on the market for its price, even the phones those cost 100 dollars more than this on.

AnonD-419355, 20 Jul 2015Which one is better, Asus Zenfone 5, Lenovo A7000, or Samsung Grand Prime?Neither is good, Samsung has its own lagging issues, lenovo is total crap,.zenfone 5 is pretty good in usage, except the battery and sound and its old hardware(although hardware doesn't interfere with performance), if you can raise budget to 13k go for zenfone 2 or OnePlus One(16gb version refurbished now available on overkart.com) OnePlus One is simply a superb phone
If you still want it in 10k budget go for Huawei honor 4X or 4C

I have been using Asus ZenFone 5 since August,201didn't get any kind of problem till. First I have updated my ZenFone 5 to Kitket, then last month i have updated my ZenFone 5 to Lollipop. My ZenFone 5 is working better ,even after one year. No battery problem, No calling problem, no storage problem.ZenFone 5users have an awesome option that we can directly chat to ZenFone 5 help center through the ZenFone.
