Purchased one month back..perfectly working...no hanging problem..good camera quality ...extremely slim Phone...sound quality is also good...falling in love with Asus zenfone 5...
Just one drawback...once you will purchase you will never like to put that phone down..its too good... :)

The phone is working very well. No lags at all. Battery performance also increased after updating.

AnonD-270218, 05 Aug 2014what is your build number,the latest firmware update i.e. 1.16 has changed this feature,hence ... moremy phone firmware version is - 1.16.40.7_20140724
But is working perfectly with all app. Even battery backup also increased.
Thank you asus for updates.
I am waiting for Kitkat version.

koli, 05 Aug 2014main draw back is battery back very less ..phone will be very nice .I have also faced battery issue from starting. But after the firmware update it has been resolved.

And am not sure about the weather widget!! :P coz i dont update it :P

Overall performance is good for a reasonable price phone. One major point to note is that there is no light on the return, home and last view? This will
be a problem when you use in in dark condition but off course it will not pose a big impact to most people.
Battery can be extended if you open the apps from Setting and Force Stop and Disable those apps which you do not use frequently. This will greatly improve the battery performance to last you longer. Also one have to note that 3G only apply to one SIM at a time the other will be normal 2G on standby. It might be a problem for use in some countries which have no more 2G signals!
I agreed with some of the comments here that the What Next is a useless app. I just disable it!
One app you should consider for all Android phone is the Clean Master, which help you to improve on the Memory and Antivirus build into it.

zenfone 5 is a very fast phone .its faster than my xperiaZ.... but lastnight it crash and im not able to open it again,its so hot .then it dont want to cool down..i return it to the shop .cause i just bought it 5days ago....anyone experience this????
