What is the real difference between Zenfone 5 8GB and 16 GB model. Asus ssales man say, with 8GB I can only use 1 GB of RAm compared to 16GB which allows you to use entire 2GB of RAM... Please let me know if this is right or wrong

For battery saving,Disable all unwanted application .
1.Go the Settings,App
2.Slide left to reach Preloaded
3.You can see lot of applications like Google Drive ,Asuss Webstorage ,Google play stand etc.
Click on the application and whichever application ,you are not using it ,disable it.

Not sure whether it is carried forward in the subsequent version.
Anycase,at the end of the day,this phone can be never compared with a Arm processor phone in power consumption !!!

I recently bought a zenfone 5 8gb. all the features are good except for the battery. it is draining fast. I was using the internet, for 2 minutes the charge dropped by 1%, and the same thing happened for games as well. I don't know whether there is a defect in the battery or not. Is this the normal performance of the battery or is the battery defective? please help me.

After ota update everybody will loose their root
But now up guys don't have any rooting app
U will have to wait till the kit Kat update
After kit Kat u can root your device with Towelroot APK ...
