The Asus zenfone 5 is restarting at any time without any reason. Even during charging it automatically restarts. I am not understanding what happened to mobile. From the day one the mobile is restarting. Earlier I thought that
it may happening because of software update but I think it is not so.
Is there any solution for this restarting problem?

try this for data settins
Setting - Select more - mobile network - Access point names - add APN settings(Sim 1 or Sim 2) - click on + on right top - tap on name - Edit the name provided by service provider - Edit the APN as per given by service provider - Save the edited APN setting - Select modified APN setting - Go to Quick setting - Switch Mobile Data ON - now you can see Mobile data connection Notification on top of home screen :-)

Very decent phone bt here m going to post the only 2 difficulty look lets nt call it a problem......1. The mystrious micro sim slot....once inserted very hard to take it out with sefty pin or whatever and if it dosent fit again you hav to take it out and push it to get the network and 2. Speker is very low means very low sound asus shoud look at it and provide a quick update like it provided for flash light tats it this phone is now awesome prose

I recently purchased the Zenfone 5 and am absolutely disappointed with the screen and battery life. The battery life is still excusable, being dependant on the the usage. but how can you excuse a scratch on a Corning gorilla glass 3. Closer examination of the screen I could see two minute black dots. I don't know how it happened, but being a new phone was very cautious in handling the phone. It has not fallen down, not even kept keys in the same pocket as the phone. I purchased it through flip kart as I am residing in India. I have given a complaint to both Asus as well Corning without any reply. Well, this is what you get from a company like Asus. Better to go for established, experienced, specialized companies like HTC.

Coolpad scores 26000 i... moreandroid, ios or even windows phone is enough running dual core processors. the thing that matter is the memory (RAM). the more memory you have the less you will suffer from lagginess. so it is better dual core with 2Gb ram than quad/octa core with only 1Gb ram. hope i helped

well as now moto g has slashed its price n is now available for 10,000 rupees
i think asus will provide otg to stand in competition with 10,000rupees version of moto g

Hi guys I have some questions about rooting this phone.
So last week I was able to root this phone(Zenfone 5, 9gig/WW) using a app with a second firmware update. Then when I updated from the 3rd firmware my root was gone, so I tried to root it again but I failed.
Question: Did someone tried to root it after the latest update?
