Anonymous, 26 May 2014Ive face the same problem.using umobile and just bought this zenfone 5 for 3 days.when i want ... morego to settings and go to more under wireless and network,go to mobile networks and go to network mode...turn on 2g mode for the umobile sim slot...see if that helps you ??

I'm u mobile user and I facing same problem too. Look like this is firmware bug before update to latest firmware all work fine. Worse thing is can't roll back to previous version. Hope they fix it soon

Ive face the same problem.using umobile and just bought this zenfone 5 for 3 days.when i want to receive call the line bar go to x and after a few seconds its going fine but still cant receive call anf going call..anyone using umobile?if u must change to maxis or what?

can't use 3G in both sims sometime , if sim1 3G , sim 2 should be 2G .....

H/H+ MODE , WHEN I SWITCH TO 2G MODE , WORK FINES

I just tried viber...called my friend, he says my voice echoing whenever i speak...i thought it was the microphone being faulty so i tested on normal voice recorder and skype voice test, both also recorded perfectly...im using unifi vip 5 so it cant be slow internet connection...any ideas on this issue
