This is a very pathetic phone!
I cannot open the back cover. I am using it since Dec 2014.It does not have android update available. I will not suggest this phone to anyone!
Battery drains very easily.:(
Battery backup is very poor

manju, 31 May 2015Hi, my phone have a problem, sometimes incoming call came to me, i not able to hear, what problemenable dial pad touch tone from settings then it will be fine. its a known issue after latest update acknowledged by asus on release note of firmware

If you're mobile is taking more time to charge battery. Plz confirm your usb cable is properly connected to charger and use original charger.

Beware guys hahah i had a phone like this and I charged it with different adaptor. A few minutes later I smell something thats being toasted hahah and I saw that it was the charger I grabbed the phone and removed the charger later then I realized that my phone isnt charging and after that I turned it off and it died forever this is just a warning guys hahha btw it is the best for gaming purposes and high school students like me hahah Godbless you all
