Their is TWO MAJOR problem of this phone the first one issue is the battery life it stand 7 to 8 hrs only, don't expect you will exceed up to 24 hrs. Second is easy to get hot of this phone when it comes into surfing and gaming. The only thing that this phone is nice the platform better to buy LG G3 S.

suggest you to perform factory reset to re confirm or it also can be hardware issue if same after format also
