I bought it last month.Since then, it is showing many problems,camera wasn't working.The service centre said it is due to a loose connection,a manufacturing defect.though they cleared the problem,after 1 week,the same problem arose adding to network issues.

please help me. how do you update the zenui? does it dot it automatically or you have to manually do it? also the software update icon always has that (1) indicator no matter what i do.

Hello to all,
I solved the problem with the battery... Just go to the settings->app manager-> an open all aps setting and check both boxes for the rule that prevent the device eake up... The apps that must have this function On are Facebook gmail, hotmail and messenger. You can also chech how much times was the device waked uf from sleep by each app. My battery holds now up to two or three days of normall use.
My advice... Check the battery manager to see wich app drains the battery and then nlock the waking up for this app and turn off also autosyncync.

Battery performance is increased since last update. update to latest zenui and all latest asus apps. drain to 5-10% then Switch off your phone and charge for whole night.

best smartphone under 10000 k.....great camera and gaming performance......good design and it looks great in hand.....i used this phone for over a month,no hanging issues till now.....the only problem i had is the battery, i have to charge twice in a day to complete 1 movie.........over all everything is great.......so guy u r thinking of buying this phone, just go for it
