just bought one unit through online a few days ago..today it got stuck with internet problems,got heated up a little..i had to set it back to factory setting..the problem now is i can't log in back..the internet receiver were quite poor..what should i do?

but personally I like asus zenfone 5 get up. Its a premium look.but its battery is very weak as all say. I have not used it yet.

buy 4 months running, since last 1 month its giving problem of touching screen, its automatically moves and becomes hang at maximum using time, what should I do I don't know.

purchased it two weeks before.till now no major issues.overall performance is satisfactory.it comes with no headset and soundquality of speaker is also not up to the mark.camera performance is cool.and heats up during internet usage.standby time is also satisfactory.value for money.

This phone should have its name changed to crapfone.
Mine simply came with a factory issue, making it vibrate without stoping, even turned off. I sent it for repair and it took 40 days. After, it came back with two another major problems, sim cards were failing every 5 minutes. Sent again for repair and waited another 40 days (by this time i had already bought another phone). Incredibly, it came again with the same defect. I sent it again (it has been 6 months now). They are going to refund me by the purchase, but Asus support is completely slow and doesn't care about you. Stay away from this phone!!! It was the worst electronics buy ever in my life, even worse than chinese craps.

I'm using this phone past 1.5 months all other are good.Only thing is battery life.Battery life is very very poor.My doubt is ,in tis model only got battery problem or all asus phones are same?...if ny battery saving option is there pls tell...
