i just bought zen 5 yesterday, i had the same problem, the battery drained really fast.

There is data USB cable for connection with charger of computer. But if you want to utilise USB-on-the-go (connectino of flash disc to Asus) you must by the special cable.

I just bought my zenfone 5 yesterday,and I'm facing a battery issue it drops really fast until I downloaded a application name Greenify.All my problem is solve and also u could wipe out partition cache .Hope it helps u guys

Actually that us not an issue. Any android phones heats up when you are playing high... moreI got an Android phone made by Advan (local china stuff) it heat up a lil after 5 hours of non stop HD gaming, this Asus Heaten up like its goin to melt just in 25 minutes with Candy Crush Saga
I sold it off after 2 month use, a few issue aside from above:
1. signal often lost, need to restart to get them back
2. Permission Prompt, some apps can't run because it flooding permission access prompt
aside from everything above, it actually a splendid phone.. Sharp Camera, nice display, Good design

The screen breaks so easily. Battery can be drained out in a day even I didn't use the phone. Can I use Samsung earphones on this phone? Because I don't like the quality of the music from the ASUS earphones

i just bought Asus Zenfone 5 yesterday , and i face the big issue from it that battery is easy low power after we use it 2 hour or 3 hours . it mean that on battery setting it show that it only 9 hour for standby only after i just charge 100 % use only note without 3G 1 hours it go down of power .
How should i do after i look at their function that zenfone 5 at lest 353hou for standby !

If you use your zenfone 5 while charging, then it will be charged... haha
Just kidding... rule of thumb, we dont overuse our gadgets by using them while charging. Even before, some gadgets are defaulted to be unusable while being charged. But cellphones nowadays are advanced we can use it for texting, calling ir surfing while being charged. But if course, the battery life would deteriorate faster. Well, in 2 years time i know all.of us would be getting again another phone. It maybe a flagship or the next zenfone series...

Anonymous, 13 Mar 2015Help me please.... My phone was very heating.... It's too difficult.... Any one can help me same here . i prefer to you after using it you must close all the apps you previously used. and don't put it in very high temperature.

Is it a big difference if you have 8mp and 5mp cam?

But if the problem is software then totally free unless you rooted your phone. Hardware would still be covered so long as it is factory defect. No cracks, or dents due to drop. Then no worries
