friends I am using this phone( Zenphone 6) since 9-10 months but I am facing problems on two issues.
1. the memory card automatically get uninstalled, the external storage inserted or removed flashed in the notification.
2. the second sim card is not installing properlly, it seems any hardware problem.
pl suggest me what to do?

Great, This phone now get a Lollipop update.. but ugrade is manual not from ota, you can download lollipop firmware from Asus Sites..

Heating i... moreif you manage to scratch this glass your not taking care of your devices and have sand and crap in your pockets. its normal gorilla glass and it wont scratch with notmal use when you take care of it.
And glass can still break if you dont take care. i never had any of your issues and millions use it without issues.

Better go for some other models.
