In the middle of the call the connection is dropped... my network is disabled , I need to restart the phone , but when I make a new phone call happens the same... it says network busy... Also weather location is wrong, not the city I live in... after few minutes of a call happens this.... What's the problem ?!

Te sound is so soft ,can not clear ,,,,,end coming real out cheap plastic phone
Camera oke whit good light yes ,when to dark also not nice pic all te same
Maybe some one know how I,m can make this sound better here in ,thanks
