And was very happy with device. but within 30 days the ph... moreI have experienced no memory card detected but it happen after i smash my phone into wall. I just restart the phone and everything back to normal. About other problem like you mentioned, I never experience it. By the way, my Zenfone 6 version is 2.0GHz/2GB RAM/8GB Storage. I think you should replace because I think you have defective unit and always update your phone because it always improve your phone and fix problems. Sorry if my english teribble but I hope I can help you.

I bought this on flipkart.com India. And was very happy with device. but within 30 days the phone started giving me trouble. 1. NO SIM card detected 2. No memory card detected 3. MIC stopped working 4. Text input started messing up taking wrong inputs.
5. Once in a while the phone restarts itself when somebody calls. etc.
Luckily flipkart.com offered a refund as it was covered under 30 day replacement/refund warranty.
But I really liked the product and thinking of getting another one. Anybody else facing the same problems

after the software update everythig is fixed now. no more heating,battery backup excellent,camera very good, performance is super fast. otg is supporting now. thank u asus for timely updates. pls release the kitkat update with multiwindow functionality.

Zenfone 6 now suuports OTG after firmware upgrade...

I have this phone for 1 week now... All I can say at $279(Philippine Price) this phone is a killer! it can run 3D games like Real Racing 3 and GT Racing 2, about 30FPS.. display is good even at 720p.. and the camera features are good too.. the battery last for 9hrs if the power saving is off and 10-13hrs if the power saving is on(standard)..
the one i've encountered issue is that it heats up quickly.. but it was fixed by an update and this phone works with USB OTG...

AP product is made at the same ASUS company, ASUS factory and an original ASUS product but was bring to market by non official distributor and the warranty is not by ASUS.. thats why it is called AP (Approved Product.. but AP product even it is original, it is like gamble to buy since some of the product was made for certain country or refurbished or and hard to claim waranty and some will face problem since the radio signal is not made according to a country spec.. ur statement make ur look dumber and stupid... or maybe u joking
