I like this phone and planning to buy this but I saw same comments regarding the motherboard issues and software updates. So please help me to take a good decision. I am expecting valuable comments from Asus 6z users.......

The power button broke within a month of receiving this phone. The UI is unstable which I would normally fix by restarting my phone, but see my first comment. :(

The charger head design is problematic, the one side of the hard is too bigger,which is laying on the switches of new model some like Panasonic switches which are broader than normal old switches, due to this while we switching on or of the charger head plugged switch, it will fell down on the phone, and display get damaged ( this happens to me with in 2.5 months). Kindly avoid this product ,if I have already purchased be more cautious on charger head. I had spend rs 9500.00 for display, very worst experience with Asus 6 z mobile...

Then are the guys who brou... moreThe more people who buy it, the cheaper it gets, because parts become cheaper on mass production. Over time, at least a say 10 to 50 lakh people buy it, and then the prices decrease. So always wait at least 6 months after the phone is released in Flipkart/Amazon if you want a discount.... That's if you have the patience to wait for 6 months.

The silver is f****ng beautiful. I barely never turn back the phone too see the beautiful backdoor before i actually use the phone

my requirements for a phone is to have ips lcd (full hd or higher), pop up or flip out selfie (no notch, no punch holes), flagship chipset........ this is the only one that qualifies so far. i don't like amoled becuase those give me eye strain
i also like the huawei m6 tablet (as a phone) but will not buy due to playstore issues

Another 2 words: DO BUY - cos I own one and it's been almost flawless since I bought it last October. Yes there have been a couple of sound glitches but most phones have that - including my Sony phones. Nothing has come close to the mighty 5000mAh battery. I saw someone saying of the earlier Zenfone Max which also had a 5000mAh that it didn't feel like one and didn't hold power, but this one DEFINITELY does. I generally only need to charge it once a day and often even less frequently than that. Camera also copes brilliantly in low light and night time.
