DxOMark have two separate reviews up and running of the Asus Zenfone 7 Pro - one for the main cameras and one for the same camera used in its selfie mode. And depending on which one you read, you'll get a very different impression.
Speaking about the cameras in its regular review, DxO found good detail, generally pleasing colors, fast and accurate autofocus and accurate exposure. Dynamic range was deemed lacking and there was some color casting in certain scenes.
With its 115 overall score, the Asus Zenfone 7 Pro ranks 22 in DxOMark's mobile phone rankings, just behind the Huawei P30 Pro and above the OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro.
Moving over to the selfie review, the Zenfone 7 Pro is the second best selfie taker with 101 overall points, just behind DxO's favorite Huawei P40 Pro.
Since the Zenfone 7 Pro uses a swivel mechanism to point its main camera forward, it gets the inherent advantages of the larger sensor and better optics.
When viewed as a selfie shooter, the primary camera offers excellent dynamic range, good exposure in all conditions, accurate colors and nice skin tones.
On the cons side DxO listed oversharpening of skin texture - these days phones tend to smooth over skin for a selfie shot.

"you still think" A loaded question. I didn't even imply that P40 Pro has got a better camera than Zenfone 7 in the first place.
