SYTH3R, 29 Dec 2015Hey Shre, For APP's crash issue just make sure All the APP's are updated to the latest firm... moreAgreed. Continue update apps. Restart yr phone. Occasionally remove batt once per forthnight or month. (Advantage of removable batt phones)
darren, 29 Dec 2015i want to buy this phone, but after i read all the comments the phone looks have some problems... moreGood phone for the 1st few months. My comments, 1. Start slow when internal memory getting full, 3+GB.
2. Cannot detect my sd cards (2units)
3. Cannot transfer data, thats make it slow.
4. Slow response while wake from sleep.
5. Say hi RAM standby even only opening Whatsapp app (150-250mb balance) need to free ram always.
6 start Hot while connecting data. Will continue use if probs solved.
Pros- nice display, asus apps, fit in palm hand, good try asus. Go for zen 5 or higher/latest products.
Got this phone (2 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage) on July 2015 in about Rp 1.600.000,- , and never experienced any problem.
+ Cheap price
+ Strong performance (never crash caused by the phone), smooth and fast multitasking (open Path, Instagram, Line, Dialer, Notes, Calendar, WA in the same time)
+ fast charging and long life battery (except you're turning ON the mobile data in the poor signal situation)
- Bad quality camera (only 5 MP while the screen is 4,5 inch)
- Not good enough for the Pixel Per Inch (ppi) that looks a little ugly on the screen
- sometimes the panel bar that shows silent/vibrate mode is show the wrong word
I hope that minor problem can be fixed from Asus Zen UI, and we can experience the Android Lollipop version.

MRL, 31 Dec 2015I grabbed the 2GB RAM 16GB Storage version and haven't had many problems, except for Facebook ... moreYou can use the power saver APP which is inbuilt that might help you to clear RAM & also make sure you use Auto start manager APP to disable APP's running in background.
Facebook consumes too much RAM so make sure you check on your device RAM usage.
darren, 29 Dec 2015i want to buy this phone, but after i read all the comments the phone looks have some problems... moreI grabbed the 2GB RAM 16GB Storage version and haven't had many problems, except for Facebook keeps on crashing when the RAM is less than 200MB free. It runs smoothly for me but expect a lot of app crashes when running with 1GB RAM. Be warned though, Fallout Shelter seems to be able to consume a lot of RAM quickly. If all you use is make calls and text, occasional social media and don't mind being stuck on KitKat you'll find this phone is good enough.
i want to buy this phone, but after i read all the comments the phone looks have some problems. so is it a good phone or not?? thankss

All problems started when I upgraded my mobile.

For APP's crash issue just make sure All the APP's are updated to the latest firmware version.
As you have recently updated your device firmware make sure you wipe cache partition from recovery & the device will take some time to re-calibrate.
You can check the below link for any device related queries :
Hey, I got a zenfone C few months back, and then I got an Android Update. After the upgrade, the apps will suddenly closes even when I am using the app. And another issue is that the battery drains too quickly after the upgrade. Kindly reply how can I resolve this.
--> battery draining too quickly after upgrade.
--> apps are closing automatically even when I am using them. Especially Games.
This phone is just a piece of junk.....bad battery consumption when data is on....bad heating device....Everything is bad....I've thrown away mine....
Lenovo is better instead this zenfone C.....
Hi , I Just got Asus Zenfone C Enhance Ver which has 2gb ram and 16gb rom , i been facing charging problem that it charges very slow !!!! is it suppose be like that or should i sent it to warranty
Karen, 18 Nov 2015My zenfone c turns black everytime i Call or there is someone calling can anyone help me with ... moreFirst try to check your background apps,go to setting app then manager and then running apps check from below of the screen if how much ram is available, if it is less than 90mb well you must unninstall some apps that tooks your ram to free it up. But if it apears to be more than 100mb and the problem repeats, then try to manually power it of again then wait for a second and then turn it on then check again your ram if it is still gets more than 100mb but if that so, do a factory reset maybe try to reset the setting first by going to setring > back up and reset > uncheck the "erase all data" > and then write the pin, but don't forget to back up your apps before proceeding.

TJ, 15 Nov 2015Is the battery capacity of the asus zenfone c ok? Can it last a day? Reply pleaseHey the battery backup of zenfone c is very pathetic.im using this fone i need to 3 to 4 times a day.alother features are gud nd nice
It randomly reboots upon low signal, but I'm sure it's already fixed after recent updates. Files in internal memory sometimes corrupted on certain condition, but it never happened again after rooting. I think it is a pretty decent smartphone on its price range.
I have a problem... why is my zenfone is dont have auto start manager??.
Maari, 02 Dec 2015This is the worst fone i have ever used heavy heating problem due to dual core processor ........ moreHi Maari,
Zenfone is configured with Quad-Core processor, little warmness/ heating can be felt at backside while using the phone which may vary depending
upon the CPU usage and ambient environment. but no need to worry about it as all Product passed safety & security test.
To minimise CPU usage follow below steps:
1. Enable “Powersaver” (Settings >Power management)
2. Close apps that are not used (bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, etc.)
3. Boost memory when you see memory consumes is high with no app running,
4. check for background running applications, stop/disable unwanted apps, you can also manage background running apps from auto-start manager.
