If yes, maybe the glass block the sensor when you answering the call, and the screen will turn black. You need to take off the glasa and use the normal screen protector.

Recently bought this phone, everything is great for its price. Glass is no gorilla glass so please put a temper glass or screen protector. It scratches easily. I have a scratch from keys already. Does anyone know how to block a number? I cant find an answer for blocking numbers... Thanks

AnonD-460094, 30 Oct 2015@Neiji Yes you can just slect any image from gallery => set picture as => Lock screen... moreno way man.no option for lockscreen wallpaper.only zenfone5 got the option.not for zenfone go.cannot select different wallpaper for lock screen and home screen unless u using third party lockscreen

bought only few days back. But from the very next day after buying, started facing difficulties with incoming. I can call and people hear, that's fine.
But when I receive phone call, I can't hear anything neither the caller can hear at the opposite end. Somebody please help me out.

Anonymous, 08 Nov 2015I just bought one of these 2 days ago, it worked great for about a day then i started having a... moreafter trying a whole bunch of things it seems the audio problem is software related. Turning off the speaker enhancement option in settings seems to fix it. Hopefully some update will fix this feature, all the audio problems happen with this turned on. Other than this the phone works well so far, the only downside is the camera isn't that good at night shots, they come out quite grainy.

I just bought one of these 2 days ago, it worked great for about a day then i started having a problem with the audio stuttering & cutting out constantly in everything from ringtones to watching videos. I took it back to the store & got it updated to lollipop 5.1 which seemed to fix the audio for about an hour, now its stuttering again. Anyone had any problems like this? Is it a hardware issue rather than software? I can't find anyone with similar issues searching google. Should i return it for a different model?

I just brought this unit few this ago and for me it's worth enough like watching movies, play music, games, call, sms, etc. For me it's weakness is just 3G mobile data and battery capacity. However it's fine for me because I always connected to WIFI and I have Power bank. Hope it helps anyone planning to have this phone.
