You get really sharp pictures and videos at good light conditions and grainy pictures and videos at low light conditions. Quality is not bad at all especially for this price range. You will be satisfied.
Battery is outstanding. It is a monster. It is impossible to kill it in one day.

I used apple charger with 2A output and the charging time is double of the 1A ASUS charger lol

Before,I was using Samsung corby 2 and when I use the earpiece that comes together with it,it randomly calls people in my contact and the volume went up and down by itself. Try using another earpiece

But does it charge slower (or even much slower) when... moreI've been comparing charging time and current by using Charger Tester app. I tested using various charger in my house which is Samsung s5 oem charger 5v 2A,samsung S6 adaptive fast charging dual voltage charger, Samsung tab 5.3v 2A charger, they all supply around 700-800ma current to the phone. By using the zenfone max's oem 5v 1A charger, it reads 950-1100ma and charged the phone fastest. I hope someone more expert can verify the behaviour.

Yes it has gorila glass 4 .and otg support.otg cable provided in the box.there is no heating issues on the mobile.basicaly taiwan products is mostly not having any heating issues .htc is a taiwn product.and asus is a another trusted brand.battery backup is very good .out standing

The phone keeps freezing ocassionally. And whenever I pluck on my earpiece or earphones, the phone goes crazy and starts changing the volume by itself and activating all sorts of apps like google. It is not the earpiece fault as it works perfectly fine on my other devices. The worst part was that when i went to the service center, the asus technicians told me that it was due to the earpiece compatabilty and only an asus earpiece would be compatable. I have never hear of such before

I've got the ASUS max, no good! It can't handle getting hot, the other day it froze up and restarted then took like 5min to reboot. The GPS is rubbish, I refuse to use it and yes I've played with all settings.. the GPS can't even locate me and when it does it freezes. The batterie is amazing though. You really do get what you pay for
