I am also facing jio 4G connection problem in Asus ZenFone Max. And it is going in every one minute and after that reconnecting automatically.

Anshul, 09 Dec 2016anybody using jio sim in this handset...? this model is lte or volte...? Yes jio sim is working on this device but you can use only data connection. No calling even through jio4g voice app. Only lte. Not volte

raz, 09 Dec 2016Camera is very very bad..I can't say it's bad. I use it in low light and it was slightly close to my sister's G4, which is a flagship performer in low light. This phone has better camera than some of the phones at the same price range like the J5 & J7

Hi been using it for months now, a problem I encountered is it already burned my 2 cables and yesterday when I tried to charge, it smelled as if a burnt plastic or what. Any idea? do you think the charging pin is damaged?

Zentalk moderator has officially announced the same.
