Princess JMD, 20 May 2016for those who are already own this phone, have u guys encounter any negative issue bout this phone?Have been using this phone from the launch not encounter any problem. But ear piece volume is too low sometime problem to hear in public places battery backup is great . Sum people say its heavy butafter using you get used to it.

Been using this for a... moreI have an ASUS Max but I just used it for a month, what happened was the touch screen is not responding and I had reported to the service center of ASUS and they told me that it is because of the phone system why the screen is no longer responding. Nothing happens on the phone and I used it normal way. Send SMS, call text play COC and FB. The technician told me that they need to change the whole screen and reformat the phone again. The battery is extremely good I can used it for about 2 days or sometimes a day and half but this does not mean that I am still satisfied with the unit. Until now I am still waiting for the call from the technician of ASUS with regards to my phone. This give me some reason to might leave ASUS and switch again to SAMSUNG phones.

Hi guys, please help me. I want to buy this phone, But I'm still seems hesitate. Because I was Zenfone 4 user before, But its not too great about the battery life and heating issue. I always think Zenfone smartphone will always have that Issue.. but now I heard that's this Zenfone Max its so different. is it true? no more heating issue? or drain fast battery?
And how about the lowlight front facing camera?? is it good?
