Not sure if this is zenfone issue or android os issue, but suddenly my selfie's home and recent app soft keys no longer work. They register / vibrate upon touch but do not perform intended function. Notification panel disappeared. Shortcut settings are noticeably different.
That said, before the softkeys malfunctioned, the phone suddenly rebooted itself while I was browsing. After reboot, softkeys, notification, and shortcut settings were no longer the same.

It was okay until mine got burnt while charging. Both it's USB port and USB connected from the charger was melted. I was lucky it didn't caught fire. Very unsatisfied

Um using "ZenFone Selfie" since 1 year now...!
And um still on Lollipop version...!
And i don't have any issue yet, about this phone...!
Though i wanted to upgrade my phone to Marshmallows um afraid to initiate after reading bad reviews on this phone on marshmallows...!
Pls can someone give me a clear answer ?
