i lost my volte after update on asus zenphone selfie....... why i upadted this shit updation..... i thought of getting new feature but this shit updation making me feel angry.
i ask to asus customer care he say . you go service center he will update volte.

I also did factory reset and safe mode and all but this did not help and totally useless. I will visit service center tomorrow for downgrade and enable VOLTE. ASUS customer care and email support is not good they only know and ask customer to visit service center.
After system update on 30/10/17 volte option disappeared . All the user complained about this fault on asus zentalk . I called asus hotline customer care they said that company got many complaints regarding this issue and they will give next update soon to fix volte issue. Guys dont do factory reset your phone . It will not work and safe mode is also useless. I m just waiting for next update.
After the last update my Zenfone Selfie lost it\'s volte capability why? me also please any one told me when again coming volte.
Don't buy any Asus products. Their customer case is as good as non existent. God forbid something happens to your phone, you are screwed!
After the version update of 30/10/2017 .. my zenfone selfie lost the capablity of volte.. asus should fix it as soon possible... And now I have use Jio4G Voice Applications The Call Sent To Someone....

I also updated my ASUS ZENFONE SELFIE ZD551KL 2 days ago and VOLTE feature is disabled. When I ask ASUS customer care to roll back this update or resolve but customer care is saying to visit service center. I don't know why ASUS updated this and harass all the customers.
