Nidhi, 25 Nov 2017I m not getting my volte function ...after updation ..plz can u tell that how u get that optio... moreGo to settings... click about phone... click system update.... check for new updates... you may get the link for installing new firmware.... In case if does not work.. then do a factory data reset and try again.... (Before a factory data reset, back up all your contacts to google contact and also the necessary document / media files to your computer / sd card. It is better to unmount sd card or remove your sd card and do a factory reset)... Even if that does not work then contact the asus customer care through their preinstalled 'asus service centre' app...

Hereafter before testing, pls don't give any beta version like updates to trouble us.. Anyway thanks to Asus 4 ur sincere effort to solve the problem... In continuation to this, pls give update to Android Nougat also... Im trusting u Asus that ur team will give Nougat update soon...

Don't buy any asus mobile. There is always a software problem e.g. Volt features . Even new lunch asus smartphone e.g. Asus ZenFone zoom s.

Going to service centre and bringing back the VoLTE function is okay. My doubt is if the android is downgraded to the previous version (marshmallow / lollipop), will there be any problem in getting the future updates by Asus... (say for example if Asus rolls out nougat 7.0 in future)....
