I have this tablet and really like it. Bought many years ago 2nd hand for cheap to resell, but ended up keeping it and sold my new tab. After uninstalling all unwated apps, debloating and putting it into performance mode, it´s kinda swift. I like 4:3...
There is a small SIM card slot on the top left side! You need to use a SIM tool or a paperclip or an earring to push into the tiny hole! Which will release the SIM card tray. Insert the SIM card in there and then push it back inside. Good luck!
It's not a telephone, so you can not install a sim. A sim is only needed for telephony.
