On second unit after not getting first to load software. Second unit is an upgraded refurb as the store no longer has new units. The keyboard quit working after upgrade so I cannot log onto wifi password. Going back for a refund as I have wasted too many hours and now 3 30 mile round trips to the store. These are JUNK!

Delete all your apps....then install one by one ..use them for few days...for browsers..kill all add ons and the same often you get a trojan ap or add on...
