Anonymous, 07 Jul 2016I have some pretty good Wi-Fi but when I get about 20ft away it disconnects. Any ideas? What kind of wifi router? And your setup..try otherchannel..your neighbor may habe better and stronger router..

Hi, suddenly my ASUS ZenPad 7.0 shut down. I tried to charge it but nothing happens. Tried as well pressing the power button for 15s, nothing happened. Power button + volume up button for 15s, still nothing happened. Before, it used to show the charging status however right now, it's showing none at all. Any help?

Nova, 28 Jun 2016My pad android keep on updating and does not stop. Any advice?there are 4 updates. if you had never updayed your zenpads, it will fo 4 updates ..jusy keep on click on update until you get 0530 version firmware.

jane, 17 Jun 2016my zenpad wont turn it on,i already charged....I pulled mine open, disconnected battery, gave it 5 mins, reconnected it, worked.

I need help, I haven't used my Asus Zenpad 8.0 (Z38OC) for a week and now I have decided to use it again but I wont open, I is stuck on the Asus in search of incredible and just the circle that keeps rolling (I think its showing that it is loading) but I kept doing that for the couple of hours now and I have also tried draining the battery by just letting it load and then charging it again but there is now change.
