Im from Mexico and I just got the phone 2 weeks a go. Just two problems. It freezes too often and has little battery capacity.Otherwise its great and very useful

this phone is great! great phone great pda! got lots of software installed... though i would love it if the battery would last longer.. anyway.. price is great for the functions you get... i charge mine every after 28-32 hours... to ensure my data is safe.. and i always sync my phone with my pc so i have a back up.. i also have a back up on my sd card...
really feels great when in my palm... it doesn't feel heavy or bulky.. wifi is great though it sucks the battery like hell...
battery is the only thing i would have changed in this gadget.. in total, this is a value for your money!

I bought 3 months ago, i like the shape...
BUT, there is hardware and software problem
when you press speakerphone, its disconnecting converstion.
second, screen problem, i have to align every time i wanna use!!
freezing REGULARLY, so i gotta reset it which it'll delete the program i installed
Third, battery drain a lot, there is no travel charger...
Fourth, DON"T BUY IT !!!!
YOU'LL WILL BE SORRY FOR BUYING BENQ!!!!

It's very nice; I just bought it in Taipei (Taiwan) so I have been playing around with it. I could give you guys my extended opinion but does anyone know how I can change it to the English language?? ;)

In China, p50 with only 3000RMB,phone only. with only 3 months, but still, with good price. I wanna know, how does p50 work with bluetooth GPS module?

I have been viewing PDA phones and P50 is the best and ideal design in the market. I hope the quality be as good as the Palm 650/700, with sufficient software supports.

I'm using this phone for 3 months and totaly dissatisfied by it. The biggest problem is that all the people which I'm talking over this phone is complaining that they hear their voices' echo. Does anyone have the same problem or has a solution?

This BenQ really sucks, sometime it just hard-reset when it's soft-reset after Hang.
Do you guys know where to put a bigger noise for BenQ for the improved ROM?

using the p50 now for a couple of months.. battery doesn't seem to be a problem.. just make sure u discharge it once a month to recalibrate the bat.. anyway, the battery usually lasts one day from moderate to heavy use..
use buttonmax, it makes ur p50 usable with one hand.. :)

I have been using the P50 for abt 6mths, to effectively turnoff all keys go to settings->buttons and change the key options for camera & recorder to "None", now when you turn off the power button it will not start the Recorder or camera unless u choose it from the prog menu

I'm really considering getting the ben q. I have the sidekick 2 now but don't want the 3 or the mda. This is the only phone that I would consider that isn't with another provider. I would like to know can I still get aol and yahoo instant messenger? Can I still use my tmail address? How is the camera? Wallpapers, can I make my own wallpaper and screensavers? Just the typical phone usages. Is there a speakerphone? The things that need to be downloaded, are they expensive? I know its a lot of simple questions compared to what's being asked by others, I just don't have a few hundred dollars to waste, so any help is appreciated. Thanks

Its not working properly and every time stucking. Batery is only for one hour.

i had the p50 awhile ago..that sticker is there to scrathes..my advice is dont remove it..i removed mine and an unsightly balck spot started to grow by the week..jus keep it there, you should be fine..
