ive heard about the bat problems. it drains out fast. is this true?

BenQ P50 has a bad camera. believe me the picture taken using this phone is blurred. i compared it with nokia phones and even o2. not a good choice for me.

Just one advice to all those are going to buy the P50 or already have one, get yourself an enhanced battery pack either from "ebay" or from "Batteryupgrade", that is only when you will really experience the beauty of this phone. I am using it for the past 18mths and it is one heck of a phone.

Got a 2nd hand unit and it works well with my wi-fi connection. problem is that the stylus does not seem to be tapping correctly and effectively. When I tap on the screen keyboard, it gives me a different letter.
Anyone got the same problem? How can I solve this?

ei, my friend just got one yesterday and wow! benq p50 is way too cool... it's got the hot stuff.. wifi works well... of course on hot spots (and about the comment of the one b4 me... your stupid, you know that? that is why its called hot spot because of limited area) lol..
anyways... am going to buy one this week. 28T is the selling price here in our place.. oh its way too cool!

Not sure why the hard keyboard is there? it is increasing the size of it.
there is an echo back in it when calling some specific other phones, also, recently i keep losing screen orientation!!! for some reason the hot spot keeps changing.

1st and foremost... w50 is a Pocket PC and we all know that PDA's dont have much battery life. unless of course if there will be a new battery designed for this one.
2nd of all, is that because of the design itself... its all bulky... why should you dare to say its bulky when you know or we can actually see the pictures on the net.
3rd, for a PDA, this has cool function which is the wifi itself. when you go around a wifi zone, you can actually access the internet... if not.. then you can always use your gprs. lol
4rth, i like this phone. im going to buy this one today.

This is the worst phone I have ever owned. Ive had it for a year, and in the beginning I was making excuses for it, but you know what Ive came to the conclusion, its an awful phone, why? Horrible phone reception, battery life without using is down to 1 day, My screen for some reason is warped, so when I point my pen at an area in certain sports it doesn't respond, I find that it has a mind of its own and dims the back lighting so you cant see whats on the phone, it auto dials when its in your pocket; this because there is nothing to lock the keyboard, its bulky, its WM2003, Ugh I have had enough of this phone, soon I will youTube me throwing it into traffic... Never will i buy a BenQ/Siemens phone.

Hello, I've had this phone for one year, and it seems to have different stages, at the begining it reset and I lost all my data, after, it didn't ring when an incoming call, now the cursor unalign almost everyday, I really like this phone's design, but it's pretty buggy.

Just got my P50 and there are areas in the screen that when I tap my stylus there is no response or not centered despite I did several screen tests.
Any remedy on this?

I just got my P50, though not brand-new, but verion 1.14. I observed that the back-up battery stopped charging at 85%. Any help on this?

You cant. not enough rom for mobile 5. A piece of advice for u. DONT buy benq P50. Damn lousy support.
