the bluetooth on this handset is for pairing with headsets only and cannot be used to send and receive data with other phones

In the Benq website say that this phone has Bluetooth. Now I´m not sure about it.

i have this phone, and peple keep saying it has bluetooth, where?!!? if you look it says nothing about bluetoth, and i have used it for 12 months and never found anything anywhere that say anything about bluetooth, and the manual says nothing about it having it, if it douse, could someone tell we where to find it...

Right i'd just like to set everyone straight on this phone, it is not made by o2 in the UK benQ and siemans mobiles joined together and o2 (like to does with nokia) took the design and named it o2. This phone has a very good camera and brilliant memory, the benq veriosn (alothough the same as o2) has a longer battery life and has a much much better signal i would reccommend benQ instead of o2 to everyone this is a brilliant phone.
The best place to purchase this phone is off www.ebay.com and type into the search benq s80 well worth the cheap price!

well...i havent got one...i guess this benq s80 is juat another version of s70 which much more upgradeed...so i guess it has the 3G n also have bluetooth as well...in that caswe i really want if there any seller so i can buy this mobile since i have benq s 70 at the moment for my collection!! thank!!

i really like this s80. shame bluetooth looks like is not working so well... [can't broadcast with nokia bluetooth].I'd like to connect myLinuxPc>usb>bluetooth>umts s80 modem>internet...

I have recently bought this phone after reading around many reviews and although this phone has had 1/2 good 1/2 bad reviews I really found this phone a pleasure to use and cant see what all the negative feedback for the camera may not be good in a darkly lit room but thats why you have a camera with decent flash. I've bought a benq s8o. In italy, usb cable and relative sync software are not included in phone packing.
So I've to buy it. Someone knows where I can find it?

Yes I have used it for MP3 transfer via USB, We need to keep the flip open and then we insert the USB cable in the phone and it gives 3 options to select and we need to select Mini SD, once that is done my comp recognises it as storage device and I access Music folder to transfer the files which is lot faster....

transferring mp3 to the phone from the comp via the usb cable seems so very very slow. Ive read that if you put the phone in card reader mode that the transfer rate is a lot faster, however when I try to use the card reader mode it tells me that the phone is not connected and I subsequently am unable to transfer anything. Maybe Im being thick and its something really obvious that Im not doing but I would appreciate any suggestions.
