I have a bb 9000 but its vertion is 4.0 can update to 7...wether it will support or which is the lated version for my 9000.how should i update software my own.help me please

Download the system software for you phone from blackberry downloads site, navigate to C:\program files\common files\resource in motion\apploader\ and delete vendor.xml After that open a command prompt on the computer, navigate to the same path as above and write "loader.exe /resettofactory" without quotes. The phone will reboot and scrub itself and the IT policy will be removed.

raju, 31 Oct 2012Good phone I am using this phone now, I like everything abt it, it just hv a little problem such as: pending, battery a bit not eco friendly, trackball seems to be easy to turn yellow for a long time use. But I say this phone is great!
