Folks, I just purchased the BlackBerry Bold 9000 as an upgrade from the 8700. My question is, I cannot seem to find any option to edit the various profiles. One the 8700 you opened the "profiles screen, highlighted the profile you wanted to edit then click the scroll wheel and it allows you to edit that profile.

The manual that came with he Bold has no mention of profile editing. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm..another iphone vs bb bold debate huh? To summarize it all, here goes.
The Bold is a business phone and even though apple is pushing the iphone to the business community it just wouldn't work.
If you want PROPER push email (email comes to u) then go for the Bold.
If u want proper qwerty keypad and u constantly chat and type,go for the Bold. Touchscreen typing is not very efficient.
If u want to watch a video on ur phone go for the bold. The screen for the bold has a higer dpi and gives u hd quality viweing.
If want a lot of 3rd party software to download, go for the Bold, the iphone is only very good with apple software, it stuggles with others.
But if u want a phone that is gonna grab attention, go for the iphone, its touchscreen is unriavalled (till the blackberry storm comes).
Like i said before it all depends on what u use ur phone for. The choice is urs.

BB users increase day by day in Pakistan. But the BB devices are quite expensive. Does it support Flash sites while browsing? Like Nokia E71/90

bwehg, 29 Oct 2008even though blackberries are smartphones they are not user friendly even though i like them. b... morehi mate you clearly have never owned or used a blackberry. they are the most easiest to use smartphone with the most stable software ever. these things have awesome battery life and in my opinion out doo the buggy nokias that crash and even the iphone. it takes me less then a few seconds to reply a quick text. and im never out of contact. msn messenger is now free and contacting other blackberrys is alsoi free providing you have a unlimited datatpla. i speak to clients and friends from other countries all around the worl for only 42.50 pm. so make sure you do your homework before rl4plying utter nonsense on things you have no clue of
