I have a BB9000 and am loving it. One thing to note though:
You have to turn off 3g otherwise the battery only lasts about a day.

Excellence choice.. but very damn s*it when it's start 2 damage.. my bb cannot be fixed even i've sent it to the entire malaysia.. only can be fixed if i send it to china or s'pore

I have a problem with my BB9000, some of the keys on the bottem row aren't responding,and the end call button as well. My battery is on the way out as I have to Charge it once a day, could this be causing the problem? I bought a generic battery, but it would not accept the battery.

Dont worry about it taking so long to load as that is pretty standard with all BB devices, however, 5minutes does seem a little extreme!
Trackballs are pretty rubbish and thats why they have stopped producing them and have moved onto the optical trackpads with all new BB's.

You obviously do not know how to use this phone. If you go to the options in the "message" application, you can set it so ALL your e-mails, sms's, and mms's go to that folder. Even in the BBM app you can set it so your bbms go into the message app too. Windows Live Messenger messages go there too, so do other apps like "KiK" and "PingChat." Learn the phone before you complain.

Trackball almost completely unresponsive. Just changed the battery after six months non-use. Before that, the keyboard was acting up. Even now, it takes about five minutes to boot up. Is it a software problem or virus?

Why its so complicated and inconvient to use this phone than other brand. Incoming messages I need to go through main menu and look for this SMS and MMS icon. Even creating a message I have go through the main menu. And what is the purpose of this message icon for? The only thing you would expect to see as you open it is the registration note.

For those who keep complaining about this phone.
I used this phone for almost 2 yrs... still lovwe it alot. Yes i also counter before all the problem you guys have.
All you need is to figure out how to solve it, thats y i'm still using now and working very well.
Blackberry phone still the best phone i have ever
