That is what I have been told from the mobile co.

ive just bought this phone but it has got some problem,the phone gets restarted every now and then,especially when i browse internet or stream online (ie youtube) through Wi-Fi.

Muthu, 20 Nov 2010hi, i lost my blackberry bold 9000, anybody have idea to trace the phone, pls help me.definitely, it is hard to trace your phone's whereabouts...but if you know its serial number, try to contact your mobile carrier and ask them to block the serial number. in this case, it cannot be used anymore by the ones who took it

arkinzo, 19 Nov 2010Can someone help me out with this little problem...I have been using this phone for over a mon... moreDoes your sim card support 3G? Not all of them do, especially older ones. If it does, I'd suggest a hard battery pull or even a wipe, making sure you back up your files before hand. Hope that helps.

Can someone help me out with this little problem...I have been using this phone for over a month now but the 3G connection service is not stable it only comes up each time to have the phone restarted and I make complain to my internet service provider but I was told that there is notthing wrong with their service, I can only make use of the EDGE and GPRS service since days
