neo, 26 Sep 2010hey ppl my trackball is giving me problems any idea on how to clean it or do i need to get a n... moreyou have to change your track ball.....not a very expensive proposition .....costs around US$10 in india and paksitan....rememeber always keep your track ball clean ...do not use dirty thumbs....that is the secret.

I have my BOLD 9000 for 23 months...overall experience GOOD
Inspite of these two repairs, I am sticking to Blackberry (overall package as a communications tool..leader of the pack) and are waiting for the BB Torch to be launched in South Africa
»Reliable communication tool
»Repaired twice in 23 months, both repairs relate to ringer (not ringing) and volume (inaudible..can hardly hear) (speaker problems)
»Bold has very poor battery life under normal conditions (requires recharge daily)

3G problems. Once phone switches to 3g (lower case) from 3 G does not switch back, which results in emails not being delivered. Have to switch phone off and on. Have had my 9000 B sent in 5 times now to vodacom who cant sort out. Advised me to use on 2G. ????? is this what the phone was designed for?

mulobi musebe, 19 Sep 2010Bb Bold 9000 is trully a smartphone, simply the best phne.couldnt agree more with u on that to think i gave this away to use the 9700 whch the keypads are small,screen to small and life battery worse than 9000

Anonymous, 19 Sep 2010can i ask why i cant use the bluetooth of my phone when receiving any file from other device b... moreon your BB, go to MEDIA..then click option..choose Received using Bluetooth...u can received file after that..dont forget to pair your BB with other device 1st!
