AnonD-335464, 26 Nov 2014i cant browse the internet because i do not have blackberry world. How can i get it on my hand set Go to your browser and in the search bar type blackberry apps world , you would get the link to download and set it up in your device.

i was browsing with my phone, then the subscription expired, the next time i did my sub,i couldnt browse with it nay more, and my edge is still in small letters

I recently purchased Blackberry bold 9659 Sprint CDMA/GSM phone. The sound quality is very poor with lots of noise in the background. It works fine on GSM networks but not on CDMA network as it supposed to. Disappointed with the purchase.

I used to have a company issued one until a few years ago. My wife has had nothing but trouble with many advanced touchscreen phones. So we are both trying a pair of unlocked 9650s. Having success. The phones are doing all that we really need while being reliable. Unlike the touch phones they just work.

Initially, I like the phone a lot, but after I had it for a while I realized that their was an issue with the sound. I felt at the time that it was due to the age of the phone. Without doing any research i decided to get another one. Same problem. I have to keep my phone on vibrate and that's not all, if you try to look at a video or listen to audio file you hear absolutely nothing. thank god i can hear when i make and receive calls.

I've had this phone at least two years its still a great phone. Its outlasted the network I got it from and I use it for everything except gaming. I'm hoping to graduate but don't like the passport but am saving for a Q10 in red. Long live blackberry!

Me, 07 Jun 2014Please whats the use of the button below the volume buttons? Mine doesn't workThe buttons on the side are called Convenience Keys, and you can customize them to do the funtions of your choice. If yours don't work, they have probably been set to "Nothing."
Go to Options - Screen/Keyboard and scroll down to the section for left & right convenience keys. Look through the lists & pick the functions you want, then save changes.
