I like this phone it seems that it is designed with speed and multimedia in focus. To give users a valuable read I would say this is exactly what you would expect from an updated bold, Stable and Average. I saw a cheap Bold 9700 with out any stupid contract tie in @ http://www.cleverkit.com

Anonymous, 11 Feb 2010ya dude..let us call it a day start discuss some beneficial factors..so,can u tell me how the ... morei'm currently mid way through developing them, not going to say what they are yet in case someone beats me to it.....lol
The bold is an excellent phone, somethings it does that everysmart phone should do but the iPhone doesn't (That are needed on a business phone)
1. true multitasking
2. ability to save email attachments
3. ability to attach files from the phone to emails
4. Bluetooth file transfer
5. proper instant email
6. ability to amend office files straight out of the box
7. ability to change the battery with out extra cost and having to send it back to apple
8. ability to expand the phones memory
now i know some of the above can be done after jailbreaking, but that shouldn't be the case, apple should open the OSX up and not have it locked up, then developers could build even better apps.
Trust me if you like the iPhone battery, you'll love this one.
Anonymous, 10 Feb 2010But i did the 9700 injustice not the iPhone.......lol I wouldn't say it was unacceptable as... moreya dude..let us call it a day start discuss some beneficial factors..so,can u tell me how the performance so far by ur new bold?i need a gud info b4 make a decision to buy this one..wah,u hve been so sarcastic about the last one..tell me la bro what apps did u develop?maybe i would like to use it?hahahaha

Anonymous, 10 Feb 2010ok dude..i had read ur story about that about this..ok,fair enough maybe im just to emotional ... moreBut i did the 9700 injustice not the iPhone.......lol
I wouldn't say it was unacceptable as it was my opinion of two phones i own and use and was in answer to someones questions about battery life where the person asking the question had clearly been given duff info.
But yes, shake hands and lets call it a day (I've got apps to develop and money to make from Apple users......lol)
Anonymous, 10 Feb 2010I wish you could edit on here. So in conclusion. No i'm not dumb as one day you could be... moreok dude..i had read ur story about that about this..ok,fair enough maybe im just to emotional as i couldn't accept if someone criticize about iphone..fyi,pal im also not just using iphone i also has bb gemini..n i know what superb the phone was..n this bold 9700 is also my target after this..but the way u talk about iphone is unacceptable as u already noticed that u dont gave a fair testimony..so,i accept that..both of us knew that iphone n bb is the best fone out there in the world in every aspects..u own them i also own them..so we both need no more arguing about this..shake hand dude!!

Anonymous, 10 Feb 2010of coz u hv to charge it once a day or maybe twice a day coz u r using it like mad dog..thats ... moreI wish you could edit on here.
So in conclusion.
No i'm not dumb as one day you could be using an app that i've developed.
You should think twice before questioning someones intelligence as you don't know who your talking to.
I think you can get off your high horse now.........
Anonymous, 10 Feb 2010of coz u hv to charge it once a day or maybe twice a day coz u r using it like mad dog..thats ... moreThank you so much for pointing out the bleeding obvious.
I use the 9700 in the same way as the iPhone listening to music during the day at work and the 9700 lasts so much longer.
Now i feel I can give a better comparison than you having used both phones, have you used the 9700?
Therefore please go back to your fanmboy pages and lament romantically with other iPhone lovers who are happy to use phones that have restricted OS and functionality.
The best thing that could happen to the iPhone is the OS go opensource. Before you ask, i'm a developer who currently has 2 apps currently in development stage so I do know what i'm talking about, probably I'm guessing, more than you when it comes to optimisation and applications for battery life and memory usage. Not going to write the iPhone off completely as it's a good money maker for my company.....lol
Just the 9700 is a superior phone as far as business usage and battery life are concerned.
I used the iPhone for 2 1/2 years 2G & 3G models (so by my calculations 21 months more than you).
Oh almost forgot, i wasn't making a fair comparison and I apologies.
3G was never turned on on the iPhone as it wouldn't receive calls with it turned on due to issues with O2's network in the City of London, and the 9700's 3G is always turned on.
So thats another plus for the 9700, Thanks for making me remember that.
Upgraded and powerful the bold 2 is excellent I saw the sim free version really cheap @ http://www.cleverkit.com
