mak, 29 Jan 2010hi guys , i am a great fan of BB here and just bought the bold 9700 today. was using the bold9... moreThat happens on PCs also, when you're IM-ing. The solution is Shift+Enter, maybe there's something alike on the Blackberry!
hi guys , i am a great fan of BB here and just bought the bold 9700 today. was using the bold9000. the phone seems to be really great except for the few problems like : 1.the keys are too small to type emails 2.the sms-ing has been changed to chat format where previous sms-es trail as in chat which is good but the major problem is that NOW YOU CANNOT DIFFERENTIATE TEXT ON 2 SEPERATE LINES IN THE SAME MESSAGE AS THE "ENTER" KEY NOW ACTS AS THE "SEND KEY". IN SHORT , ON PRESSING "ENTER" , THE MESSAGE IS SENT INSTEAD OF THE CURSOR GOING TO THE NEXT LINE. this makes sending postal addresses and other "paragraphed" info very difficult. anybody here has a solution to this or can advise???
i love the way the phone looks however my audio keeps dissapearing and reappeariing n sometimes i have to put the volume on loud to hear it...its a nice phn but the 9000 seems to be better,

some one , 27 Jan 2010I prefer Bold 9000 this 9700 is like curve and small keypad ...by the way ladies and gentelmen... moreThe 9700 is something between the 9000 and 8900. But much better. The keypad is not small as the 8900 and the phone doesn't look giant like the 9000. Also, the camera is muuuch better. i've been traveling and took pictures with the phone that nobody could imagine that I was taking with it. The 9700 applications are also much faster than the other 2. In US we are luck that we can change the phone as soon as a new one is released because we just upgrade our plan and mostly we don't need to pay for the new device. Good luck!!!
